Cancellation Policy
Please note that our stylists time like yours is valuable and in high demand. If you need to cancel for any reason, we ask that you give us 48 business hours notice (for example if you have an appointment on a Tuesday, we ask that you cancel on the Saturday prior) If we do not receive 48 business hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service.
If you do not turn up or cancel within 24 business hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.
